What if I don't like the goods I have ordered when they arrive?

We are sure you will like your purchase, but if your goods aren't what you expected on delivery, please contact us within 7 working days and we will offer you a refund or an exchange. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note collection fees will apply.  What if the product is damaged when it arrives?

 On delivery please check the items thoroughly before signing the delivery note. If you notice any scuffs on the packaging then please make a note of this on the delivery note and contact us immediately. We may ask you to send us some of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. We will then assess your complaint and, assuming your complaints are valid, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund or order you a replacement. 

 

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

 If in the unlikely event you change your mind you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched. Simply contact us and we will cancel your order and give you a full refund. Cancellations made after dispatch will need to be made at the time of delivery. Either refuse the delivery or contact us direct. We will refund you the cost of the item, but you will need to pay for the cost of the item to be collected if you have simply changed your mind. How long will my refund take?

We'll issue the refund straight away and your account should be credited within ten working days, depending on how you paid. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
