I have seen something I like, how do I go about ordering?

You can order over the phone or use the shopping facility online as you prefer. You can pay by credit or debit card and by PayPal. Payment is made through a secure payment gateway (Sage Pay)

What is Sage Pay 3D Secure code?

A Sage Pay ‘3D secure code’ is a unique code which only the cardholder should know. This is an added security check to help prevent any unauthorized use of a credit/debit card. If you haven’t already registered with 3D Secure then you will be asked to do so before purchasing. Once you have registered it means that whenever you purchase via Sage Pay this code is only known by you which provides extra security when purchasing via Sage Pay vendors.

What delivery options are available?

We offer a free 7-14 working day delivery service. In addition to this for an extra charge we can provide an Express Delivery service within 4 working days.

I can’t really stay in a whole day waiting for my furniture. Can you give a specific delivery time?

Near enough! We make delivery as convenient as possible for you and we provide a two hour slot. See our delivery page for details.

How can I ask for advice?

What happens if I don't like the goods when they arrive?

If your goods aren't what you expected on delivery, please contact us within 7 working days and we will offer you a refund or an exchange. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note collection fees will apply.
