Delivery Information

Delivery will be within 7 - 14 working days from receipt of order.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order.   Delivery company NETWORK4 who operate on our behalf will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time. There will be a 2 hour time slot arranged by the delivery company.  Standard delivery to mainland UK is Free  .

Standard Delivery: Option A  This is a 2 men delivery service, NOT JUST TO THE DOOR our standard delivery service takes it to Room of your Choice. (Provided there is reasonable access).

Upgrade Delivery: Option B  You can upgrade your delivery which includes room of choice, UNPACKED, ASSEMBLED and PACKAGING REMOVED. This option is available on the product page.

Headboards/Bedside cabinets: If headboards, Bedside cabinets and Stools are bought separatley in a single transaction, then they will be delivered by Standard courier service to the customer's door (Free Delivery).

They will be a delivery charge of  £35  for the following Post Code Areas.

( AB - Aberdeen )               ( IV - Inverness )                  ( KW - Kirkwall )                   

( FK - Falkirk 18 -21 )         ( PA - Paisley above 19 )   ( PH - Perth above 7 ) 

( LL - Llandudno 23 - 27 ) ( LL -  Llandudno 35 - 78 ) ( SA - Swansea 31 - 99 )

( SY - Shrewsbury 20 - 25 )

 Failed delivery attempts are charged at the full cost of delivery.

Deliveries will be Monday - Friday between the hours of 7.00 am till 4.00 pm. (excluding Bank Holidays)

We currently only deliver to mainland Uk.Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Ireland or the Channel Isles. 

When you receive your delivery it is very important that you check your goods prior to accepting the delivery.No claims for damaged goods will be accepted once you have signed for your order.

Please note: You must take responsibility to ensure the items will fit when being delivered, also to organize the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture the carrier company will not remove existing pieces of furniture to make room for the new furniture.  When deliveries are received, you should make sure the vehicle will be able to reach you.  Must inform us about any difficult access points/unadopted roads or paths.  Failure to disclose this information may result in aborted deliveries and a delivery charge being levied. An alternative route must be provided!
